Item Price Update(Catalog Price Update)

Update a prices of a List of Items from a specific Price List(Catalog) using Data Import

Time to Time the prices of the Items Keep changing. It will be difficult to change prices of many Items through editing the Item Price one by one, especially when there is a certain % increase in the price of all Items we use the Data Import feature of LENS Core to update the Item Prices belonging to a Price List(Catalog)

To access the Data Import, go to:

Home > Offer > New > New Data Import

1. Create New Data Import

1. In the New Data Import from select the Document Type as Item Price
2. Select the Import Type. In this case it is Update Existing Records
3. Save

2. Download the Price update Items

1. Use the Download Template option to download the Template along with the required Items
2. In the Download Dialog, Choose File Type as "Excel"
3. Choose Export Type as "Filtered Records" and set relevant filters. eg. Price list Equals Germany Selling
4. From the list of fields choose ID, Item Code, Price List, Rate, Valid From and Valid To
5. Once the fields are selected choose Export Records. This will download the template with the filtered records.
