Item Group

An Item Group is a way to classify items based on types.

Depending on the type of product, you can categorize an item under its respective field. If the product is service-oriented, assign it under the Item Group - Service.

There are three major Item Groups for SGBCZ. They are:

1. DTTHZ2N
2. Services
3. Accessories

To access the Item Group list, go to:

Home > Stock > Items and Pricing > Item Group

A Tree view of the Item Group can be used to build the Parent child relationship of the Item Group. For eg. Tests can be Child Item Group for Parent Item Group Services and All Tests can be assigned with the Item Group Tests

2. Features

1. Default Price List: A default price list that'll determine the Item Prices for this Item Group.
2. Reports and Filters: Analyse Items based on the Item Group
