Quotation Presets

Quotation Preset is used to preset few values for the Quotation(Offer)

The quotation should have an option to preset the following values and give the possibility for the user to overwrite if required, so that these information can be printed in the offer document that is issued to the customer.

1. Default Validity - No. of the days the Offer should be valid
2. Delivery Time - A text representing the default Delivery time. This will be adjusted time to time based on the current production capacity.
3. Packaging - Mention With Packaging or Without Packaging
